Landlord's Certificates

We have a large database of customers many of whom are Landlords. Every month we contact all Landlords and remind them of which properties are due for servicing. In the main we contact the tenants directly and arrange a convenient appointment. We will then forward the invoice and landlords certificate to the Landlord, making this one less job to worry about.
